The Customer Relations Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organizations relationship with clients and customers. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer inquiries via phone email and inperson
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Providing product or service information to customers
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Monitoring customer accounts and handling billing inquiries
- Generating sales leads and upselling products or services
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and obtaining feedback
- Representing the company at trade shows events and exhibitions
- Preparing reports on customer feedback and satisfaction
- Developing and implementing customer retention strategies
- Training and mentoring junior customer relations staff
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolving escalated issues and conflicts
- Adhering to productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Deep understanding of customer relationship management
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
