Job Description

The Position: Digital Marketing Manger
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Job Description
We are seeking a resultsdriven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts at Software
Product Company Name. This role is pivotal in driving awareness engagement and lead generation
for our B2B software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website
management SEO social media management and content strategy with a passion for leveraging
digital channels to achieve business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage maintain and continuously improve the website including developing a
content and lead generation strategy
Handling Strategic online initiatives.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand
visibility generate leads and drive customer acquisition for our B2B software products.
Lead SEO initiatives to optimize website content improve search engine rankings and
increase organic traffic. Conduct keyword research monitor keyword performance and
implement onpage and offpage SEO techniques.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels
including Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms. Monitor campaign
performance adjust budgets and optimize targeting to maximize ROI.
Oversee the companys social media presence including content creation posting
community management and engagement. Develop and implement social media
campaigns to increase followers enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to our
website.
Create and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals target audience
preferences and industry trends. Develop highquality content assets such as blog posts
whitepapers case studies infographics and videos to educate and engage our audience.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop marketing collateral sales
enablement materials and product messaging that resonate with target customers and
support the sales process.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels
including website traffic engagement conversion rates and customer acquisition cost.
Use datadriven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall
performance.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends best practices and emerging technologies.
Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools platforms and strategies to enhance
our digital marketing efforts.
Work closely with external agencies freelancers and vendors to support marketing
initiatives and expand our digital capabilities as needed.Page 3 of 3
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities
and overall business objectives. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide
updates on marketing performance and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Communications or related field.
Proven experience as a digital marketer with a focus on B2B software products or related
industry.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with SEO tools
such as Google Analytics.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms for business purposes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling
content and effectively convey key messages to target audiences.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
across multiple channels including paid search display advertising and social media.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data draw insights and make datadriven
decisions to optimize marketing performance.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage timelines
and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Willingness
to explore new ideas and experiment with different marketing tactics.
