Job Description
Job Title: Software Support Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad Anjar
Qualifications: BCA/ B.Tech. / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science
Experience: 1 to 3 Years

We harness the power of Barcode RFID Vision Cognitive Computing IoT Predictive Analysis and emerging technologies to enable our clients integrate their supply chains and facilitate endtoend visibility and connectivity. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Sales Specialist specializing in Labels Ribbons and Hologram Labels.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent knowledge of SQL (Installation and good Knowledge for resolving issues.)
- Able to manage team of 10 members.
- Knowledge of Software Implementation. (Web and Desktop based applications)
- Basic Knowledge of Networking and SSL certificate.
- Experience on working on Production 24X7 support L2/L3
- Knowledge of IIS (Installation and Basic troubleshooting)
- Basic knowledge of VPN and remote tools.
- Experience OF Client coordination and support.
- Ability to work with the Clients and SW Development team
- Able to grasp functional aspects well (quickly and with minimal guidance)
- Preferable Barcode and RFID application support knowledge.
- Must have strong analytical and creative problemsolving skills.
- Able to challenge the status quo and constantly suggest improvements.
- Demonstrates an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to work with a team.
- Ability to drive discussions toward conclusions.
- Articulate and should be able to express ideas and issues without inhibitions.
Desirable Preferences:
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
