Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate onsite construction activities for interior projects
• Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Oversee subcontractors and monitor their performance
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients architects and suppliers
• Resolve any onsite issues and implement effective solutions
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports
• Implement and maintain project schedules and timelines
• Manage project budget and resources effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Conduct quality control checks on materials and workmanship
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in interior construction projects
• Familiarity with interior design principles and materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management software
• Strong knowledge of construction methods standards and regulations
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Understanding of cost estimation and budget management
• Attention to detail and quality
• Certification in Health and Safety regulations is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
• Team player with strong leadership capabilities
• Time management and multitasking abilities
