Job Description

Overview:

The Hiring MSD Dev plays a crucial role in one MNC by leading the hiring efforts and driving the recruitment process for MidSenior Developers with 412 years of experience. This position is vital to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent to support the companys growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and create hiring strategies.
  • Drive endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and maintain highquality recruitment standards.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment tools systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in campus recruitment events and industry networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring laws regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to employer brand building and employee value proposition initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and tech talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in hiring and recruiting for IT positions specifically MidSenior Developers (412 years).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Development (MSD) technologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on talent development and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to use recruitment tools and systems effectively for candidate tracking and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience in employer branding campus recruitment and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Knowledge of employment laws regulations and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
