Design Incharge

Perform engineering calculations designing and drafting activities in compliance with the customer requirements and standards.

Design and Develop new product.

Analyze and Review product performance.

Preparing GA drawings Assembly drawings and Manufacturing related drawings including Bill of materials for various types of control valves .

Checking of the drawings for manufacturing feasibility.

Initiating corrective & preventive action related to product development.

To verify the designed valve meets all the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Cross function with the production team to ensure the product meets the functional requirements and appropriate validation testing.

Responsible for documentation of Design and Development related records.

Reviews necessary testing and inspection requirements.

Implement system as per departmental manual.

Achieve departmental quality objectives.

Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in respective area.
