Job Title: MDD Thermal Analysis Engineer
Location: Chennai
Experience Required: 4 to 6 years
Notice Period: Within 45 days
Salary: 12 LPA and above (depending on the candidates performance)

industries including electromechanical defense and aerospace systems. We are seeking an
experienced Thermal Analysis Engineer with expertise in Ansys Icepak to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Thermal Analysis Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing and designing thermal
systems. You will utilize Ansys Icepak to perform detailed thermal and fluid dynamics analyses
to ensure our products meet stringent thermal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Thermal Systems Analysis:
Conduct thermal analysis using Ansys Icepak.
Analyze thermal requirements and constraints for electromechanical defense and
aerospace systems.
2. Fluid Dynamics Analysis:
Perform fluid dynamics analyses to optimize thermal performance.
Evaluate the impact of fluid flow on system thermal characteristics.
3. Heat Transfer Systems Design:
Design and select heat transfer components including fins heat sinks and other cooling
solutions.
Ensure the thermal integrity and reliability of components and systems.
4. Project Collaboration:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate thermal solutions into overall system
designs.
Provide technical guidance on thermal management strategies.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Proficiency with Ansys Icepak (mandatory).
Strong background in thermal systems and analysis.
Knowledge of fluid dynamics and thermal requirements in electromechanical defense and
aerospace systems.
Experience in designing and selecting heat transfer systems/components.
Solid understanding of materials and standard components selection.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Thermal Engineering or a related field.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
