Develop marketing plans to build client preference and drive volumes/with focus on top line and bottom line
Identify & develop new streams for revenue growth & maintaining relationships with clients to achieve repeat / referral business
Collaborate with production engineering & quality assurance teams to maintain high stds. of product quality & compliance with industry regulations
Business Development :
Identify & pursue new business opportunities within pharmaceutical industry including partnerships contracts and new projects.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends client needs and competitor strategies providing insights for strategic decision making.
Develop & implement strategies to expand the company s market share & enhance it s presence in the pharmaceutical & chemical segments.
Client Relationship Management :
Build & nurture strong relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical industry understanding their unique requirements & providing tailored solutions.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries concerns & feedback ensuring prompt & effective resolution of issues.
Collaborate with the sales & customer service teams to address client needs & maintain customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Management :
Lead & mentor a diverse team of professionals including engineers sales executives & operational staff fostering a culture of excellence collaboration & innovation.
Set clear goals & objectives for team members providing guidance feedback & support to help them achieve their targets & develop their skills
Strategic Planning & Execution :
