Job Description

Overview:

The VRF Sales position is a key role within our organization responsible for driving sales of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems. This role is essential in expanding our client base fostering relationships with customers and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling VRF products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and meet sales targets.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the features advantages and benefits of VRF systems to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and delivery of VRF systems.
  • Keep abreast of market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and quotations to potential clients.
  • Participate in industry events such as trade shows and conferences to showcase VRF products and expand network.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline track activities and generate accurate sales forecasts.
  • Generate and submit regular sales reports including sales activities pipeline status and customer feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal sales teams on VRF products and services.
  • Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from customers to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies procedures and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Deep understanding of VRF systems and their applications.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Selfmotivated with a passion for driving sales and achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Certification in sales or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
