Finance Analyst

1. Creating detailed Monthly MIS report (P&L and Cashflow) and variance analysis under guidance
2. Creating departmental corporate budgets and analysis
3. Preparation of additional reports & analysis as required by management
4. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

1. Support in fundraising activities
2. Preparing presentation proposals for project investor
3. Prepare Cash flow projections for the company as well as the various projects undertaken.
4. Coordinate with internal accounts legal and compliance team
5. Coordinate with lawyers and financial advisor on financial structures documentation and transaction execution
6. Preparing Investor (Loan and Equity) workings from time to time
7. Preparing RERA estimated cost summary on the basis of Project costs prepared by the Costing team
8. Preparing weekly Receivables report and analysis on basis of data extracted from Books of Accounts and liaising with the Sales team
9. Working on Projections for Company Valuation Business model

4. Excellent knowledge of Excel Powerpoint and Tally
5. Excellent verbal & written communication.
