Overview:
The Hospitality Sales role is crucial to our organization as it is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hospitality services. This position plays a key role in identifying and acquiring new clients maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the hospitality industry
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Keep updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the companys services
- Forecast sales targets and track performance against goals
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its market trends
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
