Job Description
The Role:
As a Principal Consultant you will lead multiple client projects simultaneously leveraging
your expertise in application development and AI to deliver innovative solutions.You will be
at the forefront of guiding both our customers and our internal team of technical
consultants through complex projects ensuring successful delivery and high client
satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only passionate and selfdriven but also
possesses a strong desire to learn and grow with us. While technical brilliance is valued the
ability to lead motivate and inspire a team is paramount.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple client projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Guide customers through the solution process from presales activities scoping
and estimation to design and implementation.
Lead and mentor a team of technical consultants to deliver highquality projects.
Engage in presales tasks including work scoping estimation and creating
proposals.
Oversee the implementation of projects using Azure PaaS Services .NET and
React.JS.
Lead AI projects leveraging modern AI technologies to deliver cuttingedge
solutions.
About You:
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience in developing .NET applications on Microsoft Azure.
Strong proficiency with React.JS and/or Angular.
Exposure to and enthusiasm for working with PowerApps.
Experience and interest in building intelligent applications and working on AI
projects.
Leadership and Consulting Skills:
Proven ability to lead customers through the solution process
understanding their problems and creating effective solutions.
Strong consulting skills with a focus on presales discovery design and
implementation phases.
Experience running workshops presentations and professional
demonstrations for diverse audiences.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Confident and engaging speaker with the ability to build rapport easily.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in Agile environments.
Professional Attributes:
A passion for helping clients realize their full potential within the Microsoft
Cloud space.
A huge desire to learn and grow understanding that technology is always
evolving and being willing to adapt accordingly.
Knowledge of additional Microsoft products is highly valued.
