Develop and deliver systems on Microsoft .NET Microsoft BizTalk Server and other platforms and technologies in the bank successfully.
Understand the development deployment integration /environment and constraints and synergies.
Take required action to resolve issues that arise during the testing phase.
Identify and consider specific requirements of endusers operational staff and support staff before development/ deployment / integration.
Stay abreast of advances in information technology and consider the implications for the organization and the projects in progress or planned
Possess a thorough understanding of the Banks IT related service offerings technical preferences and technical direction
Serve as key contributor in team and client meetings
Ensure protection and security of project information from any unauthorized access within the overall security policy of the Bank
Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information
Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
Operate as a team player within the Program Management team and across the wider IT division. Share knowledge with others to strengthen capability of the team
Maintain a focus on selfdevelopment by spending time reading and researching.
COMPETENCIES KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
2. Experience:
More than 6 years of experience in web development database development and 2nd level support in retail health care and banking industry.
Experienced in 3tier architecture application design Object oriented programming Integration design patterns and database design.
Experienced in analyzing business requirements proposing technical solutions & implementing high quality reusable secure and scalable solutions.
Experienced in analyzing business requirements proposing technical solutions documenting business requirements technical specifications & UML modeling architecture and design diagrams.
Experienced in developing ASP.NET (C#) Web Applications and Crystal Reports.
Experienced in developing Microsoft BizTalk solutions.
Experienced in developing Web & WCF services.
Experienced in developing Windows applications C# (C Sharp).
Experienced in database programming in SQL Server Oracle 9i.
