UI Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and product teams to understand and implement visual and interactive elements
• Develop responsive crossbrowser interfaces using HTML CSS and JavaScript
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implement and maintain highquality UI components and libraries
• Conduct UI tests and optimize performance based on test results
• Stay uptodate with UI/UX trends technologies and best practices
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend logic
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for UI/UX design
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX design
• Troubleshoot and debug UIrelated issues
• Create and maintain documentation for UI components patterns and libraries
• Assist in the implementation of accessible and internationalized interfaces

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Design or a related field
• Proven work experience as a UI Developer or similar role
• Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML5 and CSS3
• Strong proficiency in clientside scripting and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular React or Vue
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch
• Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of crossbrowser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio of previous UI development work is a plus
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies
