Overview:
The Product Design Manager plays a crucial role in leading the design team ensuring the development of innovative and userfriendly products and maintaining design consistency across the organization. They combine creative vision with strategic thinking to drive the product design process forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the product design team to achieve highperformance goals.
- Must have minimum 4yrs of team management experience of miniumum 4Yrs
- Develop and implement design strategies to enhance product functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align design efforts with overall product goals

- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into the design process
- Create design prototypes and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure consistency of design across all products and platforms
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design

- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
- Evaluate and improve the efficiency of the design teams processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts or relevant field
- Proven experience in product design and at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team
- Indepth knowledge of design tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite etc.
- Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies
- Experience in usercentered design and creating exceptional user experiences
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and present design concepts persuasively
- Uptodate with the latest design trends techniques and technologies
- Proven track record of delivering successful design projects
