Job Description

Our Client is seeking junior to midlevel associate or midlevel patent agent to join our Product Design & User Interface Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This position is open to all our firm offices with a preference for Atlanta Chicago Washington DC Houston Denver Kansas City Phoenix or St. Louis.

Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement solid law firm engineering and industry experience and superb writing and communication skills.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in physics electrical engineering or computer science.

Preferred experience in:i. Software related technologies; and/or ii. Artificial intelligence related technologies; and/oriii. IOT networking and related technologies; and/oriv. Quantum technologies.

JD and admission to the USPTO required for associate candidates. USPTO admission required for patent agent candidates.
