Job Description
The Control Room Operator for Flue Gas Desulphurization in the Metal Industry will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the operation of flue gas desulphurization systems to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and efficient operation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the operation of flue gas desulphurization from control room /SCADA / PLC / DCS system. systems
- Responding to alarms emergencies and abnormal operating conditions promptly
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to emissions and waste management
NonNegotiable Skills
- Expertise in operating and troubleshooting control systems
- Indepth knowledge of flue gas desulphurization processes and equipment
- Ensuring environmental compliance in a metal manufacturing environment
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Environmental Engineering or related field
8 10 years of experience in Flue Gas Desulphurization / Furnace Operation in the Metal Industry (Copper Zinc Steel) or chemical Fertilizer
alarm management,gas,operating and troubleshooting control systems,metal,ensuring environmental compliance,knowledge of flue gas desulphurization processes and equipment,control room,copper,dcs system,plc,scada
