Overview
The Field Sales Officer plays a crucial role in driving revenue and contributing to the growth of the organization by actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. This position is pivotal in identifying new opportunities building and maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets in the designated territory. The Field Sales Officer ensures the companys products and services meet the needs of customers and act as a key liaison between the customer and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospects and customers
- Reaching agreed upon sales targets within the specified timeframe

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in electric vehicle space.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Selfmotivated and driven by results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record
