Job Description

Overview:

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities forming strategic partnerships and contributing to the bottom line. This pivotal position involves understanding market trends building and maintaining strong client relationships and developing innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential new markets and clients
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Creating and implementing comprehensive business development strategies
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders
  • Leading negotiations for contracts and agreements
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing metrics to optimize strategies
  • Attending industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge
  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Managing the business development team and setting goals
  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Overseeing the development and execution of marketing plans
  • Contributing to the development of pricing strategies and tender responses
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in all business activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven successful experience as a business development manager or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and business growth
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic and creative thinking combined with strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and challenging environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful business development strategies
