Overview
The BPO HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the recruitment process within a business process outsourcing (BPO) organization. They are responsible for sourcing screening and selecting qualified candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of the BPO firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Source potential candidates through online channels
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Promote company s reputation and values
- Proactively develop talent pool and networks
- Advertise job openings on job boards and various other mediums
- Maintain HRIS records and documentation
- Coordinate with BPO management to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in BPO staff meetings and HR initiatives
- Keep uptodate with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Conduct employee exit interviews
- Provide constructive and effective feedback to hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter HR Generalist or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Handson experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone inperson virtual)
- Knowledge of labor legislation and BPO industry regulations
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to work effectively within a team and individually
- Solid understanding of HR policies and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting in a BPO or similar environment
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity and professionalism
- Relevant HR certification is a plus
