Site Engineer - Infra Development Expert

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects and civil engineers to develop project plans and blueprints
• Oversee construction activities onsite ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or deviations from project plans
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to procure materials and services
• Provide technical guidance and support to onsite staff and resolve any constructionrelated challenges
• Keep detailed records of project progress expenses and any modifications to the original plan
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide updates on project status
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or engineering issues
• Participate in project budgeting and cost estimation
• Implement best practices for sustainable and environmentally friendly construction
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare progress reports and present findings to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in infrastructure development and construction projects
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent knowledge of construction techniques building materials and industry standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with building codes regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and design
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and environmental regulations
• Professional certification or licensure as a Civil Engineer is preferred
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
