Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts
• Conduct basic bookkeeping activities
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns
• Assist in the maintenance of financial records and documentation
• Prepare and submit financial reports to management
• Support senior accountants in various accounting tasks
• Assist in the audit process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Relevant internship or entrylevel accounting experience is a plus
