Overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior
• Support the development of marketing materials and sales presentations
• Help manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts
• Contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition activities
• Assist in organizing and attending promotional events or exhibitions
• Participate in sales and marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing performance metrics
• Contribute to the improvement of sales and marketing processes and procedures
• Support customer relationship management activities and communication
• Assist in creating and updating sales and marketing materials and databases
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities

Required qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Business or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
• Analytical mindset and problemsolving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detailoriented and selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Previous internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of market research methods and techniques
• Understanding of branding and promotional strategies
