Python and Machine Learning Developer
Salary: 25 LPA to 30 LPA
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Job Type: FullTime
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Python and Machine Learning Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python development and machine learning with the ability to design develop and deploy endtoend applications. This role requires deep knowledge of Python features such as multiprocessing threading and decorators.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development: Design and develop robust scalable and maintainable Python applications from scratch.
EndtoEnd Implementation: Manage the complete software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment.
Feature Implementation: Utilize Python features such as multiprocessing threading and decorators to enhance application performance and functionality.
Machine Learning Integration: Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Data Management: Work with large datasets perform data preprocessing feature engineering and ensure data integrity.
Code Optimization: Optimize and refactor code for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data scientists product managers and DevOps engineers to deliver highquality products.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code algorithms and APIs.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python development and machine learning technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Python development and machine learning.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python programming.
Strong understanding of Python features: multiprocessing threading decorators etc.
Handson experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn etc.
Experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
Knowledge of data processing frameworks like Pandas and NumPy.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with version control systems preferably Git.
Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Knowledge: Experience with advanced machine learning techniques and deep learning.
DevOps Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Project Management: Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Contributions: Active participation in open source projects or contributions to the Python and machine learning community.
