Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales and International Sales/Bookings:
- Conduct sales activities mainly focusing on international markets.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Operations & Marketing Communication:
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and marketing communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
- Finding the Right Customer:
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Making Connections:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Network with industry professionals to expand the customer base.
- Presenting Value Proposition:
- Develop and present compelling value propositions using logic and hard data.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Getting Yeses with Sales Closes and Objection Handling:
- Employ effective sales techniques to close deals.
- Address and overcome objections to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Locking in the Confirmation:
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and agreements are completed to confirm sales.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to maintain relationships.
- Asking for Referrals:
- Proactively seek referrals from satisfied clients to generate new business opportunities.
- AutoSale Process:
- Utilize and contribute to the development of automated sales processes.
- Ensure seamless and efficient sales operations through automation tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales preferably in inside sales or international sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex value propositions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
