We are seeking an experienced SmartComm Configuration Analyst/Consultant with a strong background in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in configuring managing and optimizing SmartComm systems to ensure precise and efficient document generation and management. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with leading insurance organizations to enhance their document management processes and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. SmartComm System Configuration & Management: Configure and manage SmartComm systems to support policy administration underwriting and claims processing ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements for SmartComm configurations ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
3. Document Template Development & Maintenance: Design develop implement and maintain document templates within the SmartComm system ensuring they are uptodate and accurately reflect policy and regulatory changes.
4. Clause & Wording Management: Create and manage document clauses and wording within SmartComm ensuring consistency accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
5. Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of SmartComm document templates and configurations to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
6. Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SmartComm configurations processes and procedures. Generate reports to monitor and evaluate the performance of document templates and configurations.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders including business analysts underwriters claims processors and IT teams to ensure SmartComm configurations meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
8. Issue Resolution & Support: Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SmartCommrelated issues working with IT and vendor support teams to resolve problems efficiently.
9. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of SmartComm management workflows.
10. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for endusers and team members ensuring they are proficient in SmartComm configurations and document template management.
11. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all SmartComm configurations and document templates adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational governance policies conducting regular reviews and updates as necessary.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Business Administration Insurance or related field.
2. 5 years of experience in SmartComm configuration and management with a focus on the insurance industry.
3. Strong understanding of insurance business processes products underwriting and claims management.
4. Proven experience with SmartComm systems and document template development.
5. Excellent analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
9. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry.
10. Experience with other document management systems and technologies is a plus.
11. Relevant certifications in SmartComm or related fields are desirable.
