Role Overview:
We are looking for a QE Coach with strong expertise in SDET proficient in Appium and Java. This role involves coaching and mentoring teams to enhance their testing capabilities and improve overall quality processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automated testing and the ability to implement effective testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor teams on quality engineering best practices helping them develop their testing skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other QE coaches and team leads to standardize testing processes across the organization.
• Develop and implement automated testing strategies using Appium and Java ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep the teams updated with the latest testing tools and techniques.
• Support teams in identifying and resolving testing challenges promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide detailed reports on testing effectiveness progress and areas for enhancement.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Appium and Java with a solid understanding of SDET principles.
• Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring teams within a software development environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of influencing and inspiring others.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
• Ability to analyze and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
