Safety Control Of Contractors Supervisor

About the Role Register, vet and assist in the supervision of all contractors proposing to undertake works on the Airport and to control access to the Airport's critical engineering areas and manage the technical operation and maintenance documentation on behalf of the Maintenance section. Operational • Register, assess and monitor the performance of all Contractors in line with HIA Safety Standards undertaking works at the Airport • Carry out work site visit safety inspections to ensure contractors maintain approved HIA safety standards. • Carry out work inspections in line with HIA approved standards for the purpose of maintaining fire safety standards at HIA. • Provide support works to the department in the introduction to contractors of the Permit to Work systems in line with QR and HIA policy for the purpose of maintaining safety. • To examine the risk assessments produced by contractors and suppliers and provide subject matter expertise. • Provide statistical reports on the contractors visiting the Airport and on their compliance with the Airport's Safety Procedures for the purpose of set monthly department KPI. • Monitor Contractor's work on site to check that the work is being carried out in accordance with the conditions approved by the registering of Contractors and support safety standards across
