Our goal is to transition the world's supply chain to regenerative agriculture by providing the most reliable standards and verification services. Our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains globally and we're actively verifying large acres of farmland producing a variety of crops proteins and produce.

What You Will Do

We're looking for a passionate Community Manager to join our team at Regenified™. In this critical role you'll be the heart and soul of our community developing engagement strategies organizing awesome events and managing our social media presence across all platforms. You’ll have a clear understanding of our brand voice and produce content aligned with it.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to grow and strengthen our community both on and offline.
  • Collaborate with Farmer and Brand Experience teams to stay updated on customer needs and new customers joining our community.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community connection and brand loyalty.
  • Work in lock step with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms including Facebook Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling visual content and write engaging copy for social media posts ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Monitor social media channels and engage effectively with questions comments and messages.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on social media performance.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.

Who You Are

We are seeking someone with topnotch communication skills a talent for crafting compelling content and a deep understanding of our brand voice. If you're creative proactive and love farmers as much as we do we want to hear from you! Join us in changing our food system for the better.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years proven experience as a social media manager or community manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or other relevant education experience certifications courses etc.
  • Experience launching community initiatives – such as building an online forum launching an ambassador program or creating an event series.
  • An optimistic gogetter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive copy.
  • Ability to translate technical topics into easytodigest engaging content.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
