Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Shift: 6am3pm Potential to be on call as well

Responsibilities:

• Oversee department of 3.
• Sets up troubleshoot and diagnose repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment. Monitors and maintains production equipment.
• Follows preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Completes necessary Corrective and Preventative Work Orders. Advises Plant Management of the tools materials and parts needed to maintain production equipment.
• Works closely with Operations personnel in attaining production goals and objectives.
• Maintains a working report with equipment suppliers.
• Maintains a clean and orderly maintenance shop.
• Repairs equipment and machines using electrical electronic mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and welding experience.

Required Experience:

• Must be able to supervise delegate and motivate maintenance personnel (dept of 3).
• Thorough working knowledge of Machine Shop equipment hand/power tools basic electronic measuring equipment.
• Manufacturing experience required Metals preferred.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• To work necessary overtime and oncall time responsibility.

MUST HAVE

• Manufacturing experience required.
