Job Description

This job plays a crucial role in the following key activitiesIdeally the candidate can be a developer analyst worked across multiple test regions having experience work on build and deploy code Understanding of stage gates checks is crucial Coordinate and help with Release and Change ManagementParticipated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions engaging in problem solving activities to support teamworkUsed critical thinking to break down problems evaluate solutions and make decisionsWorked with customers to understand needs and provide excellent serviceManage Test Environment Usage requests special use requests to be in an environment outside of standard uses times coordinate any meetings to discuss conflicts and ensure proper communication utilize knowledge of our test regions to provide solutions when the requested solution will not work to allow teams to meet testing deadlinesProcess special requests for data refreshes outside standard windows to accommodate special testing needs be available for emergency refresh requests if needed during standard EST hoursIBC Test ticket escalations response within 15 min of receiving request support during EST hours sending daily status of all open test tickets status is expected at the end of each day
