Requirements

Skills / Project Experience:

• 26 years of practical experience in Trade Life Cycle and Order Management Systems.
  
• Proficient in financial instruments such as Equities Bonds Mutual Funds MBS and Swaps.
  
• Skilled in repository management tools and familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and associated tools.
  
• Experienced in SQL with practical knowledge of Oracle or SQL databases.
  
• Capable of estimating work products accurately.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  
• Adaptable and innovative able to apply technical solutions and learnings across various business domains and industries.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  
• Deep understanding of reconciliation and reporting with experience in business transitions and relevant documentation.
  
• Competent in leading a workstream to ensure effective project delivery.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Shadow/NonCustody/External Reconciliation with both manual and automated systems.
  
• Skilled in posting transactions on accounting books for exception resolution and setting up matching rules for reconciliation.
  
• Familiar with applications like AddVantage Trust Desk and Intellimatch.
  
• Exposure to internal and external audits and a robust understanding of the Risk and Control framework.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Knowledge of containerization and container management tools.
  
• Understanding of code and application security tools.
  
• Experience with application performance monitoring and log aggregation tools.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  
• Additional technical skills as relevant.
  
• Advanced certifications in Investment/Wealth Management.
  

Education:

• B.E./B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
