Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Transportation and Passenger Service & Customer Experience Divisions Leadership and Senior Business Manager the duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant I staff shall generally consist of:
Perform and be responsible for varied secretarial clerical and typing duties requiring speed and accuracy.
Responsible for matters of confidence requiring demonstrated integrity.
Create proofread copy and distribute various correspondences mail memoranda notices bulletins and other documents.
Prepare complete check maintain and file administrative records forms reports employee files pertaining to various Division subjects and correspondence files.
Serve as receptionist receive and make telephone calls to give or obtain information and answer inquiries; in addition to responding to requests from internal and external sources.
Arrange meetings and reserve conference rooms.
Receive sort and distribute incoming mail.
Input information and data into databases and/or spreadsheets.
Operate and arrange service for standard office machines and order supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
