Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daytoday administrative operations including but not limited to: office management facilities coordination vendor management and inventory control.
- Provide administrative support to senior management including scheduling meetings coordinating travel arrangements and preparing reports and presentations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies procedures and best practices to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate crossfunctional initiatives and projects as needed.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall effectiveness and productivity.
Qualifications:
- At least 23 years experience as admin executive or similar roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good command of English Bahasa and Mandarin.
- Able to work in Butterworth
