Senior Network Engineer

Shift working time or nonworking time standby may be scheduled and per location request short term domestic or overseas travel may be required Shift/standby allowance and travel expenses are to be determined case by case

Job Description:

1. Provide remote or onsite technical support for Company projects in presales implementation and postsales phases.
2. Perform onsite or remote technical service of solution consultant project delivery routine technical support for existing projects as well as handling urgent business requests and issues from customers
3. Compose and maintain technical documents and reports as required
4. Per project need short term travel to customer location (domestic or overseas) may be required

Job Requirements:

1. 5 years of work experience in middle or largescale IT network planning maintenance tunning and troubleshooting
2. Fluent in English listening speaking reading and writing favourable Mandarin listening and speaking normal reading and writing Mandarin at least can handle daily work
3. Solid knowledge and rich experience in ICT (internet communication technology) such as network device TCP/IP protocol and routing switching global networking optimization and acceleration and etc.
4. Able to lead the team for service delivery and problem solving able to provide expert support to other engineers
5. Good customer focus service awareness communication and coordination skills
6. SDWAN knowledge and experience is a plus
7. Work experience in global or local leading ICT companies is a plus
8. Experience of working with China companies is a plu
