Position: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Rabat Marrakesh Morocco

Candidate MUST be in Morocco

Contract Details: Fulltime

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Casablanca Morocco. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and financial management of construction projects from the initial estimate to the final account. This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

Analyze and evaluate project plans to identify potential costsaving opportunities

Review and negotiate contracts change orders and variations

Manage project costs and ensure adherence to budget

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any cost or schedule issues

Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and stakeholders

Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure timely and costeffective project delivery

Maintain accurate records of all project costs and financial transactions

Provide advice and support to project teams on costrelated matters

Keep uptodate with industry trends and changes in construction costs

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and standards

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Strong knowledge of construction cost management principles and techniques

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Proficient in using cost estimating software and Microsoft Office

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in English and French is preferred

Experience working in Morocco or the North African region is a plus
