Job Title: Civil Architect

Location: Rabat /Marrakesh Morocco

Candidate Must be in Morocco

Employment Type: Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements and budget

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction projects

Review and analyze project proposals including site plans building codes and zoning laws

Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed projects and identify potential issues or challenges

Work closely with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary requirements

Monitor the progress of construction projects and make onsite visits to ensure that work is being carried out according to plans and specifications

Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to clients and project stakeholders

Keep uptodate with industry trends building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Ensure that all projects adhere to safety standards and regulations

Mentor and oversee junior architects and interns as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Civil Architect

Strong knowledge of architectural design principles building codes and construction methods

Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other design software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills

Fluency in French and Arabic both written and spoken

Experience working on projects in Morocco is preferred
