Must Haves:
- Create a cohesive performance measurement and reporting framework through consultations with stakeholders across DO business areas. Design refine and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately reflect business objectives.
- Create and deploy userfriendly reporting tools such as dashboards tailored to the diverse needs of DOs business units. Ensure integration with existing systems and establish protocols for ongoing monitoring and optimization of reporting processes.
- Technical expertise possessed by a Business Intelligence and Analytics resource would include experience with the following:
- Google Data Studio
- AWS
- Python
- Excel
- Slack or Trello or JIRA or MS Projects
- Data Visualization Tools i.e. EG Tableau
Description
Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation (operating as Destination Ontario) would like to engage the People Placement Service to procure a resource that can help our President & CEOs Office in establishing and implementing standardized measurement and reporting systems and tools. Their core responsibilities will include collecting data from teams analyzing data deriving insights and presenting information in a clear and visually engaging reporting manner to facilitate datadriven decisions and strategic evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Create a cohesive performance measurement and reporting framework through consultations with stakeholders across DO business areas. Design refine and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately reflect business objectives.
- Create and deploy userfriendly reporting tools such as dashboards tailored to the diverse needs of DOs business units. Ensure integration with existing systems and establish protocols for ongoing monitoring and optimization of reporting processes.
- Support Clients wideranging business information requirements implementing and supporting business intelligence software solutions.
- Provide Clients with approach options and tools for managing businessrelated data in a manner that assists in quantitative analysis of progress and the relationship between operational actions and their effect on business objectives.

- Experience providing expert advice on developing and integrating process and information models to identify and eliminate redundant business processes.
- Experience creating and monitoring error notification processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop and document interface specifications for Business Intelligence solutions and external applications.
- Experience in Marketing within a Business Intelligence (Intermediate) role is highly valued.
