Job Purpose/Objectives:
Front line salesperson plays soldier role at market root wise.
2. Reporting Relationships / Organization
Initial stage of sales cadre
1 st level of sales hierarchy
Upward relation AFMASMSHRSMBHGM
Downward relation Distributor ISR/Promoters
3. Dimensions e.g. Targets budgets staff numbers:
1) Primary Sales 2) Secondary Sales 3) Distributors claims
4. Principal Responsibilities:
To achieve targeted sales revenue
To increase the coverage of defined territory
To do retailing every day (40 O/L per day)
To take Primary orders from Distributors as per company plans & enter in the system.
To ensure required finance (RTGS/NEFT) as per primary order and dispatch plan.
To implement schemes effectively as per company regulations.
To ensure preparation & reconciliation of secondary claims and replacement claims on a monthly
basis.
To ensure all the required records are maintained at the distributors end.
To submit reports on time to the reporting manager.
To conduct brand promotional activities (wet sampling) as and when required
To maintain the rapport with key retailers

6. Knowledge Skills Experience and Behaviors:
Education: Minimum Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 2 Years from relevant industry
Knowledge: local geography spices FMCG FMCD
Skills: Communication local & Hindi/English Basic computer knowledge
Behavior: proactive positive attitude
