2. Good in technical abilities.

3. Coordination Customer Dev Projects. Conduct feasibility & APQP studies.

4. Interact with internal functions for Project Realization.

5. Maintain customer supplied documents regarding products

6. Work as customer representative and ensure that customer requirements are addressed during the Product Realization Plan.

1. Coordinate with customers regarding drawing/ specifications/process changes/Approvals.

8. Coordinate PPAP document control activities both internal/external.

1. Manufacturing Trials for PreLaunch & monitoring of first five batches at SOP.

10. Feasibility review with Risk analysis Prepare Realization plan with

MDT

11. Exposure to Prototypes & knowledge of Rapid Prototypes. (Prepare Proto sample)

12. Verify processes capability conduct process design Review existing PFMEA/ Conduct FMEA for new products

1. Approve PFD PFMEA & Control Plans
2. VAVE Design & implementation.
3. Coordinate & Mentor Project Team.
