Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management:
   • Oversee the daytoday operation of our company website.
   • Ensure the website is uptodate userfriendly and optimized for performance across all devices.
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement website enhancements and new features.
   • Monitor website traffic performance metrics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
2. Retention Marketing:
   • Develop and execute retention marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
   • Implement email marketing campaigns personalized messaging and targeted promotions to engage existing customers.
   • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving retention rates.
   • Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling campaigns and materials.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track website performance and KPIs.
   • Generate regular reports on website traffic conversion rates and other key metrics.
   • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing initiatives.
4. SEO and SEM:
   • Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
   • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
