Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies
aligned with the company's overall objectives and target audience.
2. Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content across various channels
including social media website email and blogs to effectively communicate the brand
message and value proposition.
3. Website Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the company
website ensuring that it reflects the brand&identity and provides an exceptional user
experience.
4. Retention Marketing: Develop and execute retention marketing strategies to nurture
customer relationships and drive repeat purchases including loyalty programs email
campaigns and targeted promotions.
5. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute integrated
marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness drive traffic to the website and
generate leads.
6. Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor brand performance and market trends
conduct competitive analysis and utilize datadriven insights to optimize brand strategies
and tactics.
7. CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams
including product development sales and customer support to ensure alignment and
consistency across all brand touch points.
Qualifications:
Bachelo degree in marketing communications or related field; Master degree
preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management preferably in the consumer
goods or retail industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive
brand growth and engagement.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate brand objectives
into actionable plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling
content and messaging.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including website management
systems email marketing software and social media management tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure the
effectiveness of brand initiatives.
Passion for sleep health and wellness preferred.
