Title: Support Specialist II (German)
Location: Greer SC 296514
Shift Hours: Standard Work Hours
Duration: Long Term Role
Day to day: Responsible for calendar management. In addition will manage office related topics and steer the department budget. Will attend department meetings and record meeting minutes. They will not moderate the meeting but will also prepare the presentation and organize the meetings. Responsible for entering purchase orders for the department. Will align with the central team in Germany on topics.
Must have: Fluent in German (either native speaker or certified in German language) good time management and organizational skills need someone who is self motivated and team player
Nice to have: Previous automotive industry experience would be ideal (in particular; internal quality or ISO standards experience)

III. Position Competencies:
A) Education:
Associate degree. BA/BS Degree preferred.
B) Experience:
A) Experience: 5 years of office management or administrative support managing tasks independently and working with confidential information.
B) Training: As applicable per BMW training guidelines.
C) Fluent German Language preferred.
D) Licenses and/or Certifications:
Valid drivers license may be required based on department.
Notary Public preferred.
E) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic less than 1 year of experience/training needed; Intermediate 1 3 years of experience/some training may be needed; Advanced 35 years experience/no training needed; Expert 5 years experience/able to train others.
