Paradigm is currently in search of an Inventory Control Specialist to work for our client in the audiovisual industry in Tigard. This onsite role would provide material support in a Lean Manufacturing environment by monitoring the accuracy of inventory uring daily resolution of errors identified by cycle counts and uring timely and accurate completing of counting journals. Must be able to work a 6:00 am2:30 pm training shift then 1:30 pm10 pm PST regular shift thereafter.

As an Inventory Control Specialist you will:
Maintain the daily cycle count program requiring inventory count accuracy and timeliness.
Administer transaction corrections inventory adjustments and negative balance adjustments.
Liaise with the Manufacturing department to trouble and rectify problems arising from inventory transaction errors.
Perform cycle counts as needed to resolve discrepancies.
Update cycle count reports and doentation.
Train employees on cycle counts.
Participate in annual inventory audits.
Support continuous improvement.
ist in disposition of end of life inventory.
Other duties as igned by Supervisor.
Requirements
Our experience ss and wishlist include:
1 3 years related experience in material handling cycle counting or inventory control preferred.
Ability to understand part numbering.
Training in and experience with Lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel and SharePoint).
Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification within 3 months from hire.
Must be available to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Possesses excellent verbal and written ss in English.
Able to multitask and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
May be required to alternate schedules to meet production goals.
Attendance is a critical function of this position.
