As a Senior Finance & Risk Analyst you will:

• Continuously improve the reliability of reports and data.
  
• Enhance the efficiency of the reporting process through improvement and automation.
  
• Contribute to the execution of our CFO change agenda including our transition to technologyenabled datadriven reporting and analysis.
  
• Provide reliable reports and data to stakeholders ensuring data quality and compliance with external reporting requirements and internal reporting policies.
  
• Deliver relevant information and analysis on KPIs/KRIs and underlying drivers to stakeholders.
  
• Coach junior and medior team members as one of the senior team members.
  
• Solve complex issues by integrating people data external regulation and internal policies.
  
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor s or Master s degree.
  
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  
• Knowledge of financial products.
  
• Experience with regulations concerning reporting.
  
• Affinity with data and IT.
  
• Fluency in both English and Dutch.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Continuously improve data reliability and reporting efficiency.
  
• Contribute effectively to the CFO change agenda.
  
• Provide highquality reports and data to stakeholders.
  
• Analyze KPIs/KRIs and underlying drivers.
  
• Coach and mentor junior and medior team members.
