The shifts that we currently have available areevening shifts with 7:30pm, 9:30pm or 12am Our counsellingdepartment provides counselling services on a global scaleincluding telephonic support, structured telephonic counselling andapplicable resource Responsibilities: Providetelephonic counselling in-the-moment support and crisis telephonicmanagement in a supportive, ethical and professional manner whilemaintaining Adhereto the ethical, therapeutic and legal standards, which governservice delivery, as well as policies, procedures and laws, whichapply to the organization and country, as Appropriatelyrefer clients to external resources or within WPO as part of ourholistic Maintainclear clinical and task-oriented documentation in case management Possessgenuine listening skills and can provide short-term clinicalinterventions such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing andsolution-focused Abilityto work with clients presenting with substance abuse, situations ofcrisis, mental health symptoms and/or family/relationship-relatedconcerns impacting personal or work Developclear and concise treatment plans for clients with various session Assessclients thoroughly to ensure short-term counselling Follow-throughwith additional tasks as identified by the clinical management Passionateabout providing support to clients from anywhere in the Culturallysensitive to our clients and flexible using a telephonicinterpreter as Competentin using our various methods of contact telephone, video, email,text and live Flexiblewith regards to schedule may be required to work some shiftsoutside regular shift hours to support the needs of the businessand client volume Requirements Minimumof a diploma in; Registeredor member of a regulatory counselling Experienceusing short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused,CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative,Systemic Trainingin crisis intervention and supporting high risk clients; Benefits Competitivebenefits package including Life Insurance, permanent healthinsurance, gym and tuition reimbursement, clinical supervision,24/7 support for risk calls, mentorship programme, CPD trainingreimbursement, comprehensive 3-4 week training provided for this Minimum of a diploma in Registered or member of a regulatorycounselling Experience using short-term counselling modalities suchas Solution-Focused, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, Systemic Training in crisis intervention and supporting high riskclients
