Technical Character Artist

IO Interactive is currently looking for a Technical Character Artist to join Project 007 a brandnew James Bond video game to be developed and published by IOI. Featuring a wholly original Bond story players will step into the shoes of the worlds favourite Secret Agent to earn their 00 status in the very first James Bond origin story.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the animation and character teams to create highquality character deformations rigs and skins.
• Develop and optimize character rigging and skinning processes to enhance animation quality and efficiency.
• Implement advanced deformation techniques to achieve realistic character movements and expressions.
• Ensure seamless integration of character assets into the game engine while maintaining performance standards.
• Collaborate with the animation and cinematic teams to ensure seamless integration of facial animations into the game.

Who you are:

• 3 years working in the games industry in Rigging/Techncial Character Art
• Proficiency in industrystandard tools such as Maya 3DsMax Blender or equivalent software for character animation and rigging.
• Experience with setting up physic simulation for cloth.
• Familiarity with motion capture technology and processes.
