Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Install commission repair and upgrade filling and packaging machines.
- Support customers with startup operation and maintenance of filler lines.
- Perform routine maintenance and address equipment faults.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose breakdowns conducting root cause analysis.
- Document installations inspections and maintenance services.
- Advise management on customer satisfaction and product performance.
Requirements:
- Willing to travel up to 100% within Europe.
- Education in mechatronics electronics automation or similar.
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer in food beverage or packaging industries.
- Skilled in software updates troubleshooting automated systems and mechanical equipment.
- Experience with process control systems (PLC LMS MES Industrial PC Microsoft Server switches networks etc.).
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Valid car driving license.
- Fluent in English and French
- Valid working visa/permit for all European countries.
