Field Service Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Install commission repair and upgrade filling and packaging machines.
• Support customers with startup operation and maintenance of filler lines.
• Perform routine maintenance and address equipment faults.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose breakdowns conducting root cause analysis.
• Document installations inspections and maintenance services.
• Advise management on customer satisfaction and product performance.

Requirements:

• Willing to travel up to 100% within Europe.
• Education in mechatronics electronics automation or similar.
• Experience as a Field Service Engineer in food beverage or packaging industries.
• Skilled in software updates troubleshooting automated systems and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with process control systems (PLC LMS MES Industrial PC Microsoft Server switches networks etc.).
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Valid car driving license.
• Fluent in English and French
• Valid working visa/permit for all European countries.
