Service Strategy Specialist

About the role

As a Service Strategy Specialist you will be part of the aftersales department within BYD Europe. You will be responsible for the Strategic planning for aftersales construction and management.

As Service Strategy Specialist you will:

• Grasp the service concept formulate service strategies build service standards and create service systems according to service formats.
• Develop service products and improve aftersales service experience according to various scenarios of vehicles.
• Market aftersales service research and service benchmarking analysis of competing products.
• Customer demand research.
• Service digitalization planning and logical design.
• Expand service channels integrate service resources reduce service investment and improve service agility.
  
• Formulation and release of aftersales business policies management regulations and evaluation policies.
• Management of service operation of service providers.
• Other malleable business.
  
  

• Bachelors degree or higher.
• 2 years of Automotive service experience is preferred.
• Proficient in office software application able to conduct data analysis and write analysis reports.
• Good communication skills.
• Active thinking logical rigor with good insight.
• Good working attitude and have the ability to work independently.
• Chinese and English can be used as working languages. Other European languages are considered a plus.
• Strong cross culture communication skills.
• Serious and responsible working attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
